Over the past three months, Esteban has consistently stepped up to meet evolving production demands. By taking on pipe welding responsibilities in addition to his fabrication work, he has played a key role in increasing overall output. His ability to seamlessly transition between roles highlights not only his technical expertise but also his dedication to supporting the team wherever needed.

Esteban’s impact was especially evident during a recent project, where he was initially assigned to fitting duties. After completing fit-up activities, he proactively stepped in to assist with welding operations. Despite joining the welding effort later than others, Esteban quickly set himself apart, achieving a significantly lower reject rate than many welders who had been on the task from the beginning. His work consistently met and exceeded quality standards, contributing to improved first-pass acceptance rates and reducing the need for rework.

In addition to his exceptional quality performance, Esteban has maintained a high level of productivity, completing an impressive number of welds within tight timeframes. Notably, he continues to hold one of the lowest repair rates in the company, an achievement that speaks to his craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job right the first time.

Esteban’s willingness to take on additional responsibilities, combined with his adaptability and technical skillset, has had a tangible and positive impact on both production and quality outcomes. His contributions were instrumental to the success of the Aitken project, and he continues to set a strong example for his peers.
