We’re proud to announce that Daniel Solis has been selected as Employee of the Month for April 2026!

Daniel joined the Aftermarket team in 2024 as a Service Coordinator, making a successful transition from his previous role in the shop as a welder and CNC plasma operator. Since stepping into the Aftermarket team, Daniel has quickly distinguished himself as a dependable, driven, and highly capable contributor.

Recently, Daniel rose to the challenge in a big way by taking on additional responsibilities following a recent employee departure. Not only did he meet the increased demands of the role, but he also exceeded expectations. Daniel handled the expanded workload with professionalism, precision, and a strong sense of ownership, demonstrating the work ethic and character that make him such a valuable member of the team.

Daniel’s commitment to continuous growth is evident in everything he does. He asks thoughtful questions, seeks to improve his skills, and looks for ways to make a positive impact, not just within the Aftermarket group, but across the company. His proactive mindset and team-first approach truly set him apart.

We’re also excited to recognize a milestone achievement: Daniel is the first employee to be nominated for Employee of the Month twice, with his first nomination taking place in March 2025. This honor speaks volumes about the consistency, dedication, and excellence he brings to his role day after day.
