Whether he’s partnering with engineers on design solutions or assisting project managers to streamline workflows, Randy is always focused on doing what’s best for the team and the work. He’s known not just for his craftsmanship, but for bringing practical, forward-thinking ideas to the table.

Outside the shop floor, Randy continues to elevate our team culture by organizing group outings and events. His initiative to bring colleagues together beyond the workplace strengthens the collaborative and supportive environment we strive for at Conifer.
